2oz dropper bottle, shake before use. Use 1-2 times per week as treatment. Apply to roots in sections and gently massage in, and comb thru hair. Leave on as mask for 20-30 mins then rinse, or wash out and do hair as normal. May be left on over night with provided shower cap and then wash hair as normal next morning.
