This is a vintage piece of green carnival glass. Often referring to the Fine Cut Rose's blossom bowl with a ruffled/crimped edge and 3 footed base.. This piece is in great shape with one minor flea bite on one of the legs that im pointing to in the picture. Still a great little display piece with lots of life left in it!!
