This is a vintage Avon cobalt blue glass decanter with gold floral detailing. It is a decanter or cruet, often originally sold containing Avon bath oil. This piece was manufactured during the 1970s and features a molded "Greek jug" style with a gold floral motif. Some of the fold around the edges on the bottom have come off.
