This book is in overall decent shape for age, I will detail some points of wear but please look at photos closely as I cant possibly detail everything. Includes the original publisher-issued Walt Whitman facsimile inscription to David McKay (not hand-signed). Does not have copies of extra handwritten noted that sometimes are in back of book. Has lines of wear on some edges. Minor wear on corners of binding and edges. Gold on top of pages. Pages are uncut which is the uneven look, has some folding on bottom of pages and side. Minor wear to cover on back. Yellowing to pages, but overall good. Binding seems tight, some cracking along cover to binding inside.
