Vintage Whiting & Davis Egyptian Revival scarab beetle pendant necklace, originally manufactured in the late 1950s. Features a molded glass reverse-intaglio scarab beetle accented with detailed colorful enamel detailing. Encased in a heavy, textured gold-tone frame with a decorative split bail suspended from a classic, flexible gold-tone snake chain. Chain @22 inches with bail to bottom of the pendant another 2 inches. Whiting & Davis signed on cartouche.
