Additional shipping upgrades are available if desired. • When purchasing tissue culture plants, remember you're buying the plant's potential—not necessarily perfect leaves. It is completely normal for donor leaves to yellow, decline, or be lost during acclimation. • The true value is in the healthy roots, corm, or growth point—the part of the plant that will continue growing long after shipping. • Minor agar contamination, spotting, or mold can occasionally occur during transit due to temperature and light fluctuations. This does not automatically indicate a problem with the plant. Follow the recommended Physan 20 cleaning process and continue acclimation as normal. We recommend our single plant acclimation kit or 12 cell kit and our brownie plugs to compliment your plantlet. Plugs & Starter Plants • Plugs ship in protective 3-pack sleeves. If possible, purchase in multiples of three so every sleeve travels full and secure. • Some cosmetic shipping stress is normal. Focus on the health of the root system and growth point rather than leaf imperfections. • Upon arrival, unpack promptly and provide appropriate humidity and care while your plants adjust to their new environment. We recommend the addition of our "Perfect 3 incher" pots and aroid mix to compliment your plantlet. 🌱 Healthy roots grow healthy plants. A perfect leaf is a bonus.
