Showstopper alert! This dress is an absolutely stunner. This is a vintage green Victor Costa long dress with incredible feathered shoulders and full skirt. Dress has a zip and hook closure at back. Fully lined with tulle at skirt to add additional volume. Was sold at a store called Montaldo’s. No size tag. Does include Brand label, store label, union label. Dress is in excellent vintage conditions with minimal signs of wear.
