Made in 18k gold with 3 opals and 4 rose cut diamonds. Made in the early 1900s, I believe 1902 but difficult to date the exact year as it doesn't have all its hallmarks. The opals have beautiful flashes of color including blue, green, yellow, orange and pink. Marked with a crown, 18 and the letter f. I'm assuming this ring was sized down which is why the uk assay office symbol isn't fully there. Size: between 3.5 and 3.75. A jeweler can easily resize it to make it bigger. Weight: 2.58 grams Main opal measures 4.3 mm x 3.4 mm Side opals measure 3 mm diameter Rose cut diamonds range in size from 1.1 mm to 1.5 mm. Condition: very small chip to the main opal which isn't noticeable until magnified.
