This is a lot of 3 cards. In 1991, Impel Cards did a set of cards for a National SAFE KIDS campaign for Halloween. The cards were mostly in 3 packs to be given out instead of Halloween candy. There were 36 cards in that set. 6 of them were Universal Monsters. The 3 listed are a part of those 6. I have The Creature from the Black Lagoon, Frankenstein & The Bride, and The Mummy in this lot.
