Small rectangular metal case measuring approximately 3.5” long x 1.25” wide. The piece has a warm brass/gold-tone finish with an aged patina and decorative engraved floral vine design across the top and sides. The pattern features scrolling stems, small flowers, and leaf accents with fine etched outlines that give it a pretty old-world vanity/trinket look. The case has rounded end caps, a hinged lid, and a small front push/lift latch area. Likely vintage, possibly mid-to-late 20th century, with an older antique-inspired look.
