Beautiful unsigned vintage rhinestone brooch with blue givré-style art glass cabochon, AB rhinestones, blue navette stones, open-back construction, riveted/layered elements, and dangling rhinestone fringe. This piece appears consistent with Juliana / DeLizza & Elster construction. A brooch using the same distinctive blue givré-style art glass cabochon appears in the Juliana reference database as Item Reference #3583, and similar pieces have also been listed by other sellers as Juliana / D&E. Because this brooch is unsigned, I am describing it as likely / attributed Juliana D&E, not confirmed. Condition: Sold as found. This is not collector-perfect: it is missing one small rhinestone and may be missing a small decorative rhinestone-set element. That said, it still presents beautifully and is very wearable/displayable, with strong colour, sparkle, and movement. The condition issues are noted for accuracy, especially for collectors, but the piece still looks lovely when worn.
