Mosser Glass, Inc. of Cambridge, Ohio produced this petite “PeeWee” balloon clown figurine and matching miniature cup plate in warm topaz amber satin frosted glass. Made in the 1980s as part of their beloved “All the World Loves a Clown” collectible series, each color variant was assigned a letter code — this one marked “U” for the topaz/amber satin finish. The plate is embossed with PeeWee’s image surrounded by the series motto. Comes in the original Mosser box. Figurine ~1⅝” tall, plate ~2¼” diameter.
