Rip Packs of OP-16 until you hit any SR card or better (SR,SEC,AA,SP,MANGA,AAL,GD,TR) Lvl 1 = 1 pack Lvl 2 = 2 packs etc. You get all packs in each level until a pack on your level contains SR or better rarity card.
