This is one of those amazing pieces that are getting so hard to get. This piece came out of a large collection of old new stock I purchased from a jeweler that was downsizing. Pat Pend number 137542 I believe is the number. Size and pics show that this is a vintage piece and due to the age some of the stones may need replacing replaced but these pieces are becoming super hard to find. I did not test this for sterling if I do I will go back and revise the listing. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS NO REFUNDS FOR R CANCELLATIONS.
