NWT. Wonderful bag, but as I was unwrapping I found that a zipper pull was pressed into the backpack at the top (see photo) and dented the bag. Unfortunately I’ve had the bag all wrapped for some time so cannot go back to the seller directly so it will be a gain for someone else that may want this for a personal bag.
