Dog mom, spine surgery warrior, DV survivor. I’m so honored to be part of this amazing cause, and thankful to everyone who nominated me. I don’t talk about it often, but I’m a DV survivor myself. It took four years and nearly losing my life to finally leave, and I’m grateful every day that I did. So many women never get that chance, which is why causes like this matter so much. A little over two years ago, my life changed after being t-boned in a serious car accident. I had to leave my full-time job, undergo multiple surgeries, and face an uncertain future. Then I found Whatnot. Through fragrance and this incredible community, I found purpose, friendship, and hope again. My dogs are my world, and I’ve rescued and fostered animals since I was 18. Protecting those who can’t protect themselves has always been close to my heart. Thank you for letting me share my story and be part of something so meaningful.
