This necklace is a vintage Avon piece known as the "Diana the Huntress" (or Goddess Diana) Intaglio Necklace.Produced around 1973, it features a clear glass pendant with a reverse-carved (intaglio) design of the Roman goddess Diana holding a bow and accompanied by her hunting dog.
