I've been saving things from the dump from childhood to retirement. I love to find a new life and new use for things. Vintage glassware is my favorite, so much of it winds up in the landfill. I love auctions and thrift stores and will sell anything that will help supplement retirement. I use proceeds to help maintain and upgrade my 100 year old property which was purchased as a fixer upper at a public sale. I do have a deathpile but also a life beyond the deathpile.
