Vintage 1940s Ballgown & Capelet💐 Stunning strapless gown with dramatic silhouette and removable ruffle cape in lilac silk tulle, rayon taffeta, and cotton net with romantic sweetheart neckline , pleated bust, structured/ boned bodice, nipped waist, gathered three-layer floor length skirt, and original rayon velvet sash. Very rare and super cool Waldes "wartime" side zip closure, made with celluloid teeth due to metal rations and weapons manufacturing during the war.
