Miller Rogaska 10” Lead Crystal vase, made in Slovenia Miller-Rogaska Crystal was founded in 1984 by John Miller who had headed Waterford USA for 25 years. Pieces are manufactured in the tiny spa town of Rogaška Slatina, near the eastern border of Slovenia, then part of Yugoslavia.
