Era: Primarily 1960's through the 1980's with some items appearing in the 1990's. The Toscany Collection and Made in Japan often stamped on the bottom of the piece. This porcelain hat measures 5.5 by 4.75 inches. Just the cutest hat I have seen, and it has gold trim. Very small amount of wear. Everybody loves their top hats, this one makes a different statement.
