This piece is identified as a Sophia Ann swan vase, likely falls into the category of decorative porcelain from the 70's to 80's becuase that is when the "made in China' stickers began. The measurements are 4 inches tall and 2.5 inches wide. One leaf on each side is broken off and almost unnoticeable. Beautiful little vase nice for a small bud and just decoration.
