Move counterclockwise to banish stagnant or negative energy, clockwise to invite fresh energy in. **Floor wash:** Add a splash to your mop water when washing floors, especially thresholds and entryways. Great before and after gatherings or readings. **Smoke alternative:** Spritz it into the air as a lighter alternative to smoke cleansing — useful indoors or for those sensitive to smoke. ## Cleansing Your Body & Aura **Hand wash/rinse:** Pour a small amount into your palms and rub together before and after tarot readings, energy work, or any spiritual practice.
