This is a vintage collector plate titled "My Heart Leaps Up When I Behold," a wall sculpture created by artist Roger Akers. It is part of the Romantic Poets series, specifically the first issue in the Nature Quartet. It is crafted from solid Incolay stone, a handcrafted material made of crushed minerals and resins to mimic the appearance of layered cameo. The relief sculpture depicts a boy marveling at a rainbow, inspired by the opening lines of William Wordsworth's poem. This plate was issued in 1982. No chips, cracks or missing paint. There are some surface scratches around the edge of the plate.
