Sempervivum borisii is a hardy, mat-forming succulent native to European mountains. A pale grey-green rosettes covered in soft fuzz and silvery webbing. Grows 3–4 inches tall; spreads 12–20 inches wide Flowers: Small, star-shaped, greenish-yellow blooms appear in summer. Survives extreme cold down to -20°F. For best care it needs full sun and sharply draining, gritty soil to prevent root rot. Low water required; highly drought-tolerant. Perfect for rock gardens, containers, and deer-resistant groundcover.
