Product Details

This vintage figurine is a Beswick thoroughbred stallion, a classic piece from the renowned English ceramics manufacturer. It is model number 1557, also known as Imperial or the Queen‘s Horse. Add a touch of equestrian elegance to your collection with the stunning figurine. Rich Brown gloss finish with a black mane and tail, it features a distinctive white sock on the front left leg and a white blaze on the face. Approximately 8.25 inches tall and 10 inches long. Includes the original green and gold Beswick, England oval sticker on the hip and is stamped on the underside of the belly. This model was designed by Albert Hallam and James Hayward and was in production from approximately 1958 to 1982. Excellent vintage condition with only minor crazing.
