I went to HeroesCon and went to Billy Tucci’s table. Two of his merchandise creators approached him with this metal artwork to gift to him. I asked is it available and he said yes, thus I procured this item. It’s a prototype that never got mass produced, a true 1 of 1 and it’s signed by Billy. You can absolutely reach out to Billy Tucci to confirm this story through social media. It is 11x17 and framed but doesn’t have to be. Will be sent in frame for extra protection.
