The debut of a beautiful (thicker card stock) product Topps made with incredible photography called "Topps HD" (High Definition) advertisement that is framed for your man cave, office, or collector's room. These ads were sent to dealers back in 1999 to promote the new upcoming release. The frame is a heavy "oak like" wood which can be propped up of a table/desk or hung on a wall.
