Original May 8, 1847 Pictorial Times newspaper engraving depicting Queen Victoria and Prince Albert at the Royal Academy Exhibition. Displayed in a substantial 16 x 20 ornate gilt frame with wood construction and composition ornament. Frame is heavy and richly detailed with minor age wear. A few retaining pins are missing on the reverse, though contents remain secure. Poster board backing; buyer may choose to remat if desired.
