Brooch pin with roll-over clasp, silver tone, missing paint throughout, missing some of the silver in the back too. He's in rough shape but he's an older gentleman and could still be cleaned up and repainted. I have not made any attempt to clear or repair this one, he's being offered "as is" - the clasp does work.
