Appearance: Tall, unbranched upright stems with arched, boat-shaped leaves featuring purple splotches underneath. Growth Cycle: Monocarpic (dies after flowering), though the dropped plantlets ensure it continuously repopulates. Flowers: Clusters of dangling, trumpet-shaped orange and pinkish-yellow blooms, typically appearing in late winter to spring.
