Manufactured by C.K. (Chuo Koshi) in Japan. Sold as found. It has retained almost all of its original paint. The key is missing but it looks like a standard wind-up clock key should work. Unknown if it works. If wound, it should clap its hands and spins the tail. Measures 4-1/2 x 2-3/4 x 1 inches wide
