This blue Grumpipi is called "Jiong Jiong" from the Sleepless Grumpipi Series 2: Whispers to Dreamland. The box was opened to confirm only. The figure depicts a sleepy, exhausted character with dark eye circles, a bandage on the forehead, a fluffy light-blue animal onesie with a sleep mask, and a matching blue-and-white polka-dot pillow. Grumpipi are hilarious but cute at the same time.
