This is a Japanese base set "test print" meaning these cards were never released to the public. No raw copies exist, these were all funneled directly to CGC for grading. This card has Alakazam on the front, Raichu on the back with two distinctive different holo types. The front is cosmo holo with 2 SWIRLS and the back is rainbow-style holo.
