Very unique piece of military history - these appear to be 50s British Military women’s pants. Feel to be constructed of wool - fairly heavyweight. Very dark color, mostly looks black but under certain lights looks like a very dark blue. Button up on one side - one pocket on other side. See pictures for details and measurements.
