One-of-a-kind handmade studio pottery bowl featuring dramatic freeform ruffled edges and a beautiful variegated blue glaze with darker charcoal and black accents. The underside is hand-incised "LKL '76" with an additional "N" mark, dating the piece to 1976. The sculptural form makes it equally at home as an art object, centerpiece, catchall, fruit bowl, or display piece. The flowing organic silhouette and layered glaze give it a wonderful Mid Century Studio Pottery, Brutalist, and Organic Modern aesthetic while remaining timeless enough for cottage, eclectic, or contemporary décor.
