Round Highlights: Contains 1 oz of .999 fine silver. Limited mintage of only 5,000 pieces! Housed in TEP - RF-welded plastic polymer case (2 1/2" x 3 1/4"), protecting the coin's finish, along with Harry Potter imagery style card. Obverse: Depicts the Hogwarts crest in color with the inscription, “Draco Dormiens Nuquam Titillandus,” which means “Never tickle a sleeping dragon.” Inside the crest are the four animals for each house at the school, which are the lion, serpent, raven and badger. Reverse: Features the crest of Slytherin with a serpent in the center, which represents resourcefulness and ambition. The serpent is green, the same colors as the house.
