Power Rangers Wild Force Black Ranger. The figure has marks/paint wear. See the pictures to evaluate the condition. The cycle has marks and the head part is broken. The piece that snaps, the other side is broken off. So, the head part of the cycle can go on and stay on, but it can't snap to secure it. The other gold horn on the head piece is also missing.
