This specimen appears to be chalcedony pseudomorph after calcite, meaning quartz-like material has replaced original calcite crystals, based off my research . But I am not 100% on this piece, it’s unique and one of a kind. The structure shows a distinctive lattice or "whale tail" pattern, where original calcite crystal shapes are coated with sparkling quartz micro-crystals.
