It does NOT have the paper top. I normally sell these for $18. I’ll lowered the price to $15 only because of the missing paper top.. Five below was going to throw it away because the top paper part had come off, but they allowed me to buy it. Again, it does not have the paper label top, but it’s still new in the resealable plastic bag ! These are the original five below largest size babies. Sugar squeeze in pink.
