An extraordinary pair of vintage chandelier earrings attributed to the early Miriam Haskell workshop during the celebrated Frank Hess design era (1926–1947). These remarkable earrings embody the lavish, hand-assembled artistry that established Miriam Haskell as one of the most respected names in American costume jewelry. Early Miriam Haskell jewelry was not permanently signed. From 1926 until 1947, pieces were sold without metal signatures, bearing only removable black-and-gold paper hangtags that were typically discarded, making authentic early Haskell jewelry frequently unsigned today. Permanent signatures were introduced around 1947 to combat imitations.
