This beautifully preserved set features a classic Skookum mother doll with her distinctive side-glance molded composition face, hand-painted features, and long black yarn braids. She is warmly wrapped in a traditional green and orange-red geometric Pendleton-style wool blanket, sporting a molded bead necklace. ​This highly collectible variant features two small children: one smaller papoose tucked safely into her blanket fold and a second standalone toddler doll wrapped in a blue and white patterned indigo cloth skirt at her feet. The main figure stands on wooden block feet wrapped in faux leather moccasins. This nostalgic family group is in very nice vintage condition, showing beautiful coloration with minor, age-appropriate surface dust and fabric wear from gentle display.
