Classic Disney characters plus historic imagery of US soldiers during wartime. In the 1970s Americans (and American companies) were celebrating their nation’s bicentennial by slapping patriotic imagery on everything you could think of, including shirts like this one. The colors in the print include soft blues and green, along with the black and white of the historic photographic images. The shirt closes in front with pearly plastic buttons. It has a large, pointed collar and a curved, shirttail hem. The shape is slightly tapered in at the waist for a more fitted look. The polyester fabric is a lightweight, plain weave with a silky feel. This 1970s Disney novelty print shirt is in excellent condition, with no issues to note.
