Product Details

By William Singer, an acclaimed Navajo silversmith known for heavy, dimensional cast silver statement cuffs featuring turquoise and coral inlay. See last pic for example of his cuffs. They sell quite high. William Singer stamps his jewelry "SD" to signify his authorship. He is referenced in Gregory Schaaf's book American Indian Jewelry III: M-Z 2,100 Artist Biographies as well as Barton Wright's revised book of American Indian hallmarks, publishedin 2000. William Singer is part of the legendary Navajo Singer silversmithing family and the brother of Thomas (Tommy) Singer, who pioneered this famous chip-inlay technique in the 1970s. Measures at 6 but you can see extra room for larger size. I was keeping it but it falls off my tiny wrist. It is substantial and well made. Signed inside.
