Dress is brand new with tags.  Please see pictures for measurements.  I'm pretty sure this is a girls size medium, but please go by measurements to find fit because I was having a hard time determining if this was juniors or little girls. I'm an adult small and the shoulder to waist was just too small to fit me at all. Super adorable dress.
