In this issue, Dawn Moreno (the new Snake Eyes) struggles for control of her own mind as the implanted memories of the original Snake Eyes battle her own psyche. She is living out the memories of Snake Eyes' past Joe missions while simultaneously hunting Red Ninjas through the streets of Tokyo. Meanwhile, Storm Shadow alerts the rest of the Joe team about her situation, prompting the other "Snake Eyes" (Sean) to join the assembled party.
