No chips or cracks or issues. The cat may be a Hagen Renaker I wasn't able to find this figurine so not sure, has a hole on belly. The cat was definitely added to this piece of stone and the stone looks like maybe has a resin type coating on it, has felt on bottom that has age. Measurements 2 inches tall 3 inches wide
