This is a hard cover book, copyright 1939. It has tape on the spine - it looks like the cover paper had started to separate there. There is an inscription inside in ink from Christmas 1949. There are some spots on the pages inside, and some foxing - not all are shown. The binding is nice and tight, the pages are not loose. The book measures 10.25 x 7". This is a vintage item with wear and spots from age and use.
