These are vintage "Colonial Courting Couple" porcelain figurines. They are decorated in a traditional cobalt blue, white, and gold gilt color palette.  Based on the style, high-gloss glaze, and hand-painted gold accents, these are mid-century pieces mass-imported to the US between the late 1940s and 1960s—most commonly manufactured in Japan (often stamped "Made in Occupied Japan" if they date from 1945–1952).
