Italian Majolica / Capodimonte-style reticulated ceramic baskets. They feature a distinctive hand-woven or pierced lattice ("reticulated") body, twisted rope handles, a footed base, and hand-applied 3D ceramic roses and foliage along the sides. They were incredibly popular mid-century exports heavily manufactured in regions like Bassano, Italy during the 1950s through the 1970s.
